​The first step is deciding the best canvas size for your unique piece. At this time, I accept commissions 24"×30" (60.95cm × 76.2cm) and larger. If you’re unsure which size will best suit your space, I’d be happy to help you decide. To ensure quality and give each client my full attention, I only accept two commissions per month.

​It would be helpful to meet in person (if local) to get a sense of your personality, colour palette, vision, and overall mood. Inspiration can come from anywhere — a favourite painting or style of mine (browse my Instagram for inspiration too!), photographs, landscapes, nature, animals, Pinterest boards, or colour palettes. The more insight you share, the better I can create something truly personal for you.

​I begin with a sketch of your piece to capture the vision and ensure it feels right for you. Once approved, I move on to the painting. Each commission typically takes 6–10 weeks to complete (with slightly longer turnaround during the holiday season).

PRICING

​Commissioned oil paintings start at $700. Final pricing is calculated at $2 per square inch, depending on the size of the canvas. For example:

24" × 30" = 720 sq/ in → $1,440

30" × 40" = 1,200 sq/ in → $2,400

If you would like a mixed media painting, pricing is $7 per square inch to reflect the additional materials and techniques involved.

I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the remaining balance (plus shipping) due upon completion. Pricing may also vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
